hello, hello. 

I'm Rachel.

Follower of Christ, lover of tacos, squats, big dogs and the great outdoors (both the mountains and the desert call this one.)

On wedding days, you can find me downing all the coffee and being my clients’ hype woman - but in my free time, I’m making memories with my family, getting involved in church activities, hosting group workouts or taco nights, thrifting, hiking or fishing.

While I’m based in rural Pennsylvania - Wyoming has become a much-loved second home for my little family, and we live for adventures out West (I offer a special Wyoming “elopement” package!)

I married my best friend (cliche, but for real - he’s my person) who supports my every dream. We have a super smart, spunky + sassy 7 year old daughter, CJ - and a Chesapeake Bay retriever, Hatch.

And one of my all-time fave verses: 1 Corinthians 16:14 “Let all that you do be done in love.”

My goal: to capture you for who you are, and tell that story through images. I want to capture the big and the little moments of your day, so you can remember every detail when the party is over and the dress is hung up. 

My dad was a photojournalist in the Army.  He was the one who taught me to tell the big story through the small details.

I'm not about stiff, awkward, stagnant poses because, let's be real - those aren't the photos that make your heart skip a beat.  I want to capture the genuine, quirky, sarcastic, teasing, kind, soft, fun and weird love that you have.  I strive to capture the little details and the big feelings.
